       壓力傳感器是一種將壓力變量轉換為可傳送的標準化輸出信號的計量器具,而且其輸出信號與壓力變量之間有一給定的連續函數關系。主要用于工業過程壓力參數的測量和控制。
        1、確認測量壓力的類型。壓力類型主要有表壓、絕壓、差壓等;表壓是指以大氣壓力為基準,小于或大于大氣壓力的壓力;絕壓是指以**壓力零位為基準,**壓力零位的壓力;差壓是指兩個壓力之間的差值。  2、確認待測壓力范圍。一般情況下,按實際測量壓力為壓力傳感器測量范圍的80%選型。  3、確認系統的大過載。系統的大過載應小于壓力傳感器的過載保護限,否則會影響產品的使用壽命甚至損壞產品。美國精量壓力傳感器都有2倍測量范圍的過載保護。  4、確確度等級。壓力傳感器的測量誤差按準確度等級進行劃分,不同的準確度對應不同的基本誤差限;實際應用中,根據測量誤差的控制要求并本著適用經濟的原則進行選型。 
      1、測量范圍光精度高
        測力傳感器可測0.01--1000000N的力,精度可達到0.05%FS以上;壓力傳感器可測0.1-1000000的壓力,精度可達到0.1%FS。
      2、性能可靠,壽命長
        如稱重式機械杠桿稱,由于杠桿、刀口等部分互相摩擦產生損耗和變形,欲長期保持其精度是相當困難的,采用電阻應變式稱重傳感器制成的電子泵、汽車衡、軌道衡等,能在惡劣的環境條件下長期穩定工作。
      3、頻率響應特性好
        壓力傳感器一般電阻應變計響應時間為0.01MS,半導體應變計可達到0.001MS如能在彈性原件上采取措施則由他們構成的應變式傳感器可測幾十千赫甚至上百千赫的動態過程。
